to our online galleries, which exhibit select original works of Dewey Jacobs,
offered as Fine Art Photographic prints. Consider our web Folio,
less a collection than a "small gathering". The images displayed
represent our Reserve Limited Edition selections and, generally, we "hang"
no more than about 20 images .
Our images are direct digital or digital scans with minimal computer enhancement
other than accepted fine art processing and print techniques . Unless
specifically noted, all of our subjects are photographed in their natural
enviorment - with patience and care using techniques developed and refined
over many years in natural science photogrphy. We use the latest digital equipment
and the finest professional lenses . See our equipment

My vision, at the instant I capture an image, is the Fine Art Print for exhibition and/or display in the home or office - NOT an image on a computer screen. Though every effort is made to display my work in the best possible manner on this site, it is the print that is the best and final representation of my work .
